The SDP for YTL Foundation scholars aspires to:

Empower all YTL Foundation scholars to become leaders who actively contribute to the growth and success of YTL Corporation and to the advancement of more prosperous and inclusive societies in Malaysia, in alignment with the core values of the YTL brand; and

Equip scholars with the knowledge, skills, and mindset essential for their development as confident leaders rooted in the principles of the 5Cs.

YTL Brand Values: Hardwork, Honesty, Moral Responsibility, Togetherness, and Vitality.

The 5C’s: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and sense of community.

The SDP works with current scholars of the YTL Foundation Programme to nurture and develop them into future leaders of the nation in line with YTL’s brand values and 5Cs.

We will provide training, coaching, modules, industry exposure and support for scholars and alumni to guide them to fulfil their potential in line with YTL’s brand values and the 5Cs.

Each cohort of scholars are expected to complete all three years of the SDP. The programme is divided into three series spanned across three years. The focus of the three series are: Leadership Foundations, Advanced Leadership and Leadership in Action. Each series consists of: Leadership Bootcamp, Inspire Session, Group Coaching, and Internship.
