Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr) Francis Yeoh Sock Ping (Tan Sri) is Executive Chairman of the YTL Group of Companies. He took over the running of his family company in 1988 and grew it into a multi-disciplinary conglomerate comprising five listed entities.

Tan Sri is also Chairman of YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited, which accounts for a 20% share of the Singapore Electricity market, and Chairman of Wessex Water Services Limited which has been consistently recognised as one of the best water and sewerage companies in England and Wales by the water industry regulator, Ofwat. In addition, he is also Executive Chairman of Malayan Cement Berhad (formerly known as Lafarge Malaysia Berhad) following its takeover by YTL Cement Berhad.

In 2018, Tan Sri was bestowed the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan and in the same year the Italian government conferred upon him the honour of Grande Officialé of the Order of the Star of Italy. In 2019 he was awarded the Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (KBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

He holds an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kingston (UK). He also has an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws from University of Nottingham.

Dato' Yeoh Seok Hong obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Civil & Structural Engineering Degree from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom in 1982 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, United Kingdom. In 2010, he was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Science degree by Aston University in the United Kingdom. Dato’ Yeoh Seok Hong is the Managing Director of YTL Power International Berhad and YTL Communications Sdn Bhd. He also has vast experience in the construction industry, being the Managing Director of the YTL Group construction division. He serves as an Executive Director of YTL Corporation Berhad, YTL Land & Development Berhad and Malayan Cement Berhad, all of which are listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Dato’ Yeoh Seok Hong also sits on the boards of private utilities companies, Wessex Water Limited and Wessex Water Services Limited in England and Wales and YTL PowerSeraya Pte Limited in Singapore.

Dato’ Yeoh Soo Min is an Executive Director of YTL Corporation Berhad and is responsible for the Accounting and Finance systems for the organisation. She is also responsible for setting up the Travel Division of the YTL Group, and is a member of The Court Of Emeritus Fellows of the Malaysian Institute of Management, and life member of the Women’s Institute of Management, Malaysia. Other notable mentions include holding Trusteeships in multiple organisations such as Yayasan Tuanku Fauziah (Queen XII Of Malaysia's Foundation for Ladies), IJN Foundation, and Asia School of Business Trust Fund Board.

Dato' Yeoh Soo Keng began her engineering career in 1986 after graduating from Leeds University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering. She has held key executive positions in numerous industries and sectors where the YTL Group is present. She headed the group's procurement division and later established YTL Cement Berhad's sales and marketing division when the group entered the industry in 1992. In 2012, she was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the group's Mobile Communications division.

Dato' Yeoh Soo Keng is also President of the ASEAN Federation of Cement Manufacturers (AFCM) and Chairman of The Cement and Concrete Association Malaysia (CNCA). She is actively involved in various community work at national and international levels, also serving on the board of World Scout Foundation (WSF), as EXCO member of the Girl Guides Association Malaysia, as well as President of the Girl Guides Association Malaysia, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Branch.

Tan Sri Datuk (Dr) Aris Bin Osman @ Othman worked in the Prime Minister's Department's Economic Planning Unit from 1966 until 1986, and then moved to serve Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad (now CIMB Bank Berhad) in Kuala Lumpur as Chief General Manager from 1986 to 1989.

He then worked for the Ministry of Finance, during which he was Executive Director (South-East Asia Group) of the World Bank in Washington D.C. from 1991 to 1994, and Secretary-General to the Treasury from 1998 to mid-1999. This was followed by a distinguished banking career in which he served as Executive Chairman and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Bank Pembangunan dan Infrastruktur Malaysia Berhad.

He was then appointed as Non-executive Chairman of Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad from June 2003 to May 2012. In addition, he was also an independent board member of Arab Malaysian Holdings Berhad and YTL Power International Berhad, retiring in 2015 and 2020 respectively.

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Abu Hassan Bin Othman was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of YTL Land & Development Berhad on June 12, 2006 where he served as a member of the Audit Committee and the Chairman of the Nominating Committee. Before this, he was the Founding and First Vice Chancellor of the University Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He was also Chairman of the Council of The Malaysian Qualifications Agency from 2013–2018.

He served on the Malaysian Vice-Chancellors Committee, the Malaysian Examination Council, the Malaysian National Higher Education Council and the National Productivity Corporation's board of directors. On the international front, he served as Chairman of the Council of Asia Pacific University Mobility, Board Member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities and Board Member of the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning.

Tay Chong Chim received his Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1972. He later returned to Kuala Lumpur and worked as a Qualified Assistant at Coopers and Lybrand (formerly known as Cooper Brothers & Co). He was appointed Director in 1978 and Partner in 1982 and audited in all company sectors, with experience in liquidation and forensic accounting.

He was made Tax Partner in 1996 and was in charge of the Coopers training department. He also worked as a financial accounting examiner for MACPA for 5 years. In 1998, he left Coopers and founded Tay Wong & Associates with fellow Cooperians.

Dato’ Ahmad Fuaad Bin Mohd Dahalan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Malaya. He was attached with Wisma Putra, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Malaysian Civil Service (“MCS”) Officer in April 1973 before joining Malaysia Airlines in July 1973. While in Malaysia Airlines, Dato’ Ahmad Fuaad served various posts and his last position was as Managing Director.

He was formerly a director of Lembaga Penggalakan Pelanchongan Malaysia, Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad, Hong Leong Capital Berhad and YTL e-Solutions Berhad. Currently Dato’ Ahmad Fuaad is a director of YTL Corporation Berhad, the director of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, and the manager of YTL Hospitality REIT.
